First, peel and wash the onions and grate them and pour them into the strainer and take the water well and pour it into a bowl and add the meat to it. A little black pepper and salt are added to the meat. Sprinkle.

Then we start kneading to give the flavorings to the meat. After each type of fragrant vegetable we have (tarragon, basil, etc.), we add fresh parsley to the meat and brew saffron and finally the breadcrumbs at the end. Add to the kebab.
